Savvas had been a vaper for about seven years when he was introduced to the concept of DIY e-juice production. After ordering nearly every concentrate available at the time and refining recipes using friends and family as guinea pigs, Savvas and his partner, Zelda, felt the product was ready for the greater world. Combining their two loves, Outerworld was launched on May 1, 2015. Hundreds of thousands of bottles of e-juice have been sent all around the world, to hundreds of stores in a dozen different countries.
