Based in Western Australia, Clouded Visions was founded in 2016. Recognising the need for affordable premium quality Australian made e-juice that. could compete with any other flavours available from around the world, the team set out to develop a line of e-liquids. After nearly a year of development and extensive testing, the first range was released.
