ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY:
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to www.northsidevapeshop.com.au and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity of items ordered.
If you provide incorrect information that needs to be changed, www.northsidevapeshop.com.au may request additional funds in order to do this. If the details provided causes delivery resulting in a return to sender, additional postage costs will apply.
If you wish to cancel the order once it has been placed, a fee may be charged for restocking and returning funds.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be picked up instore at our retail shop Shop 1, 1255 Anzac Avenue, Kallangur, Queensland, 4503 or delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment and available for postage or pickup within 24 hours. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 business days, depending on the delivery option and location. Goods leave the store in new condition. However, we cannot guarantee Australia Post or a courier will care for your package. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.northsidevapeshop.com.au
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are here to help you make the right purchase every time. www.northsidevapeshop.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. However, all refunds are made at the discretion of www.northsidevapeshop.com.au. As such, change of mind return refunds are not guaranteed. Please choose carefully.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. Return postage fee's are at your expense. Items that are not sealed when purchased, such as but not limited to e-juice, cannot be refunded. Any product which has been modified or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. Returned items that are in sealed unaltered original packaging may be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.
Faulty products are subject to manufacturers warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northside Vape Shop absolutely disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. Northside Vape Shop gives no warranty that the documents, goods or services will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected.
